Important Dates for Planning
When planning to invite international guests, or a destination wedding, be sure to allow 2–6 more months.
6–12 Months - Announce your engagement, set the wedding date, and Order save-the-dates cards.
3–6 Months - Make your guest list, order invitations and accessories, and send out save-the-dates cards.
4–6 Weeks - Mail your invitations and write Thank-You notes as gifts arrive.
We make ordering invitations easy
When you work with Plumtree Paper Goods, you will be working with a passionate designer who loves great design and making people happy, while enriching the arts. You will notice our care in customer service and in our gorgeous printing. Here is how to place an order for custom wedding invitations:
1. Order samples of your favorite design.
(Optional, but don't you want to see it in person) Samples are $5. Ground shipping is free.
2. Fall in love with a design and place your order.
You can customize your design with our design, inks, fonts, envelope lining, and more. Click here to download PDF ordering form.
3. Your contract.
Once you place an order we will send you a contract. Please return the signed contract along with the non-refundable deposit of 50% to get started.
4. Approve your design.
Once we have a signed contract, 50% deposit, and your text, our designer will create your invitation. You will receive a color PDF proof within 2-5 business days of completing your order. Please note that you will receive up to three free rounds of proofs.
5. Prepare for something wonderful.
Once your proof is approved... it takes 4–6 weeks for wedding invitations to be printed. Remember ground shipping is free!
